I'm a licensed mental health provider, special education teacher, and parent of a son with autism. This unique combination of lived experience and professional expertise shapes everything I do.
For years, I've sat at the intersection of three worlds—navigating school systems as a parent, supporting diverse learners in classrooms, and helping individuals and families process trauma and build resilience. I've learned that healing, inclusive education, and belonging aren't luxuries—they're essentials. And they're possible when we build systems grounded in safety, connection, and neurodiversity affirmation.
I'm passionate about bridging the gap between what we know works and what actually happens in real classrooms, families, and organizations. Too often, theory and practice don't meet. My work brings them together through trauma-informed practices, inclusive design, and a deep belief that when people feel safe and valued, they thrive.
I partner with school districts, county offices, youth-serving organizations, and employers to strengthen mental health systems, build inclusive learning environments, and cultivate workplaces where neurodivergent and disabled employees belong. Whether it's classroom coaching, organizational strategy, or staff training, my goal is always the same: create conditions where every person can heal, learn, and belong.
